Essentials: Relevant third‑level degree in Engineering or other relevant fields; minimum 7 years’ post‑qualification experience; proven experience delivering large‑scale project; main building contractor experience preferred

As part of continued growth, the company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the team. The role will initially be based on a new Dublin project and offers exposure to a variety of commercial and residential developments.
Key Responsibilities- Project Delivery:
Manage, coordinate, and execute the full project scope or designated packages of works, ensuring delivery against Health & Safety, design, technical, quality, programme, and commercial objectives. - Team Leadership:
Lead, manage, and motivate site and project teams, driving a high‑performance culture and supporting the professional development of team members. - Stakeholder Management:
Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and all other project stakeholders. - Planning &
Risk Management:
Deliver effective short‑to‑medium‑term project planning, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to meet programme and stakeholder expectations. - Continuous Improvement:
Promote best practice and Colegio continuous improvement across the project team, including the adoption of new methods, approaches, and technologies to enhance project delivery.
