Role: Senior Environmental, Health & Safety Advisor
Client: Main Contractor
Location: Greater Dublin (project-based)
Sector: Commercial & Residential
Essentials: Recognised EHS degree or diploma (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent preferred); minimum 7 years’ experience in EHS roles; prior experience on construction projects within residential and commercial developments

Due to continued expansion, the company is seeking a Senior Environmental, Health & Safety Advisor to join the team and support the safe delivery of complex commercial and residential developments.
Key Responsibilities- EHS Management Systems: Implement, maintain, and monitor the company’s Environmental, Health & Safety Management System at project level.
- Safety Culture & Engagement: Promote a positive and proactive health and safety culture across site management teams, contractors, and operatives.
- Site Inspections & Reporting: Monitor EHS compliance on site, carrying out regular inspections and producing weekly reports and corrective action plans.

Collaboration:
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the wider project team to ensure alignment on EHS objectives. - Coaching & Best Practice: Influence and coach site teams in the implementation of best‑practice EHS standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
