Role: Senior Environmental, Health & Safety Advisor

Location: Greater Dublin (project-based)

Essentials: Recognised EHS degree or diploma (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent preferred); minimum 7 years’ experience in EHS roles; prior experience on construction projects within residential and commercial developments

Due to continued expansion, the company is seeking a Senior Environmental, Health & Safety Advisor to join the team and support the safe delivery of complex commercial and residential developments.

• EHS Management Systems: Implement, maintain, and monitor the company’s Environmental, Health & Safety Management System at project level.
• Safety Culture & Engagement: Promote a positive and proactive health and safety culture across site management teams, contractors, and operatives.
• Site Inspections & Reporting: Monitor EHS compliance on site, carrying out regular inspections and producing weekly reports and corrective action plans.

  Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the wider project team to ensure alignment on EHS objectives.
• Coaching & Best Practice: Influence and coach site teams in the implementation of best‑practice EHS standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
