The Construction Supervisor is responsible for leading teams that coordinate and support onboarding/offboarding of leased oversight resources and construction project controls. This role will also lead a highly skilled team of construction support staff in addition to collaborating with business partners to prepare, review project forecasts and cost analysis.

Responsibilities / Expectations- Leads construction project controls and onboarding/offboarding inspection teams
- Assures economic operations by managing costs through accurate planning, budgeting, forecasting and right sizing inspection teams for project execution
- Acts as a liaison with our construction support teams including construction contracts and construction accounting to provide reports
- Develops and publishes metrics, analyses, reports, and other data
- Ensures contractors and vendors are working to meet expected project dates and commitments
- Develops and implements standards, training support and key elements for the Project Life Cycle process
- Provides communication and training in support of construction management initiatives; supports project managers and other business partners on construction issues during project execution
- Participates in Supply Chain preferred vendor meetings for NDT and Inspection
- Coordinates workforce planning and career development for team members
- Other duties as assigned
- Required:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or business‑related field; a minimum of five (5) years construction, project and construction management, project controls, and/or inspection in plant and pipeline construction.
- May be required to travel 35% or as needed to support projects.
- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications with emphasis in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Demonstrates excellent project and construction management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Coordinates and supervises the day‑to‑day responsibilities of well connects and first delivery coordinators for a geographic area. Ensures schedules are met. Able to identify resources such as inspection, equipment, contractor selection, and material procurement required to coordinate/integrate tasks in a diverse work environment. Initiates requests for services, develops job plans, and monitors project status. Monitors contractor safety, quality, competency and performance.
