Position: Traveling Superintendent / Tilt Wall
We are seeking a highly experienced Traveling Superintendent with expertise in tilt-wall construction for large-scale warehouse, distribution, and cold storage projects exceeding 200,000 sq. ft. This role requires a proven leader who can manage field operations, maintain schedules, enforce safety, and ensure high-quality project delivery across multiple job sites nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee ground-up construction of large industrial facilities, specializing in tilt-wall and concrete panel construction.
  • Manage on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards.
  • Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain smooth operations.
  • Enforce all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to maintain project goals and resolve field issues.
  • Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control through site monitoring and daily reporting.
  • Conduct pre-construction meetings, inspections, and punch list completion for final turnover.
  • Travel extensively to oversee projects across multiple locations.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in large-scale warehouse, distribution, and cold storage projects.
  • Extensive expertise in tilt-wall construction and large concrete structures.
  • Proven track record of managing industrial projects over 200,000 sq. ft.
  • Strong knowledge of construction scheduling software, safety compliance, and quality control.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide as required by project assignments.
  • OSHA 30 Certification (preferred).
