Senior Superintendent

A leading general contractor in Texas is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead large-scale high-rise construction projects in the Houston market. This role is ideal for a seasoned field leader with a strong background in vertical construction, complex logistics, and managing large project teams.

• Lead all onsite construction activities for high‑rise projects from mobilization through closeout
• Manage multiple superintendents, assistant superintendents, and field staff
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and site logistics on complex vertical builds
• Enforce safety programs, quality standards, and compliance with local codes and OSHA requirements
• Drive master schedules and weekly look‑ahead planning to meet project milestones
• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for project management, ownership, and design teams
• Proactively identify and resolve field issues impacting cost, schedule, or quality

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent, with significant high‑rise construction experience
• Proven success delivering high‑rise multifamily, mixed‑use, or hospitality projects
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large field teams and multiple trades
• Deep understanding of vertical construction sequencing, safety, and logistics
• OSHA 30 required; additional safety or leadership certifications a plus
