Join Thompson Thrift as a Multifamily Project Engineer and contribute to multifamily construction projects that craft communities and shape futures.
Your RoleAs the Construction Project Engineer, you’ll be an integral member of our construction team, collaborating closely with the Project Manager to ensure the successful execution of multifamily construction projects. You will coordinate project activities, manage documentation, interpret plans, and uphold high standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities- Documentation Management:
Assist in punch list management, review invoices, and maintain essential project documentation. - Quality Assurance:
Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards throughout the project lifecycle. - Financial Analysis:
Support budget management and conduct financial reviews to ensure project adherence to financial goals. - Plan Interpretation:
Accurately interpret and communicate project plans to subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Minimum Education:
Degree in Construction Management or related field is required. - Minimum Experience:
Prior construction experience of 1-2 years is preferred. - Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Attributes:
Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple tasks simultaneously; willingness to travel to projects as needed.
