- 1. Experience in cheerleading or spirit squad.
- 2. High School diploma or GED preferred.
- 3. Minimum age of 18 years.
- 4. Experience/expertise in an enrichment area; certification may be required.
- 5. Previous experience working with children or in youth programs preferred.
- 6. Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) with children and adults.
- 7. Ability to plan, organize, and implement age‑appropriate program activities.
- 8. Desire to work with children and families and the ability to relate to them in a positive, patient, sensitive and non‑judgmental manner.
- 9. Ability to connect with people of diverse backgrounds.
- 10. CPR, First Aid, AED certifications and Child Abuse prevention trainings.
