• Create a nurturing and safe learning environment for children
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Collaborate with parents and colleagues to ensure a holistic learning experience for each child
• Foster a love of learning through engaging and interactive lesson plans

• Prior experience working with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and/or school-age children
• A passion for early childhood education and child development
• Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in Early Childhood Education are preferred
