- Create a nurturing and safe learning environment for children
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Collaborate with parents and colleagues to ensure a holistic learning experience for each child
- Foster a love of learning through engaging and interactive lesson plans
- Prior experience working with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and/or school-age children
- A passion for early childhood education and child development
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in Early Childhood Education are preferred
