Job Description & How to Apply Below
Please Note: Crisp HQ is located in Atlanta, GA, and this role requires monthly travel to Atlanta for company All Hands meetings. This is a high-travel position that requires approximately 8+ trips per month nationwide to deliver on-site trainings and retreats at client locations. Travel is a core responsibility of the role and may include frequent back-to-back trips, with multiple travel days most weeks.
Candidates should be comfortable with a schedule that involves consistent nationwide travel and time on the road supporting clients in person.
About the Role
If you're an experienced facilitator who thrives in front of a room, knows how to command attention, and can lead high-impact conversations that create meaningful change, this may be the role for you.
As a Team Trainer at Crisp, you'll lead in-person client trainings and workshops for law firms across the country. You'll facilitate full-day sessions designed to align teams, sharpen communication, improve performance, and help firms break through challenges that have held them back for months or even years.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in learning and development, facilitation, team training, or professional coaching who brings both executive presence and real substance. You must be comfortable leading rooms that include everyone from front desk staff to firm owners and executive leadership, often navigating strong personalities, competing perspectives, and high-stakes conversations in real time.
This is not a low-travel or behind-the-scenes training role. It is a client-facing, high-accountability position for someone who is energized by travel, thrives in dynamic environments, and takes pride in delivering world-class training experiences with consistency and excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Travel nationwide to client offices to facilitate in-person trainings and workshops, averaging 8+ trips per month.
- Lead full-day training sessions that align teams, improve communication, challenge limiting beliefs, and drive meaningful performance breakthroughs.
- Facilitate engaging, high-impact conversations with law firm teams across all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.
- Create an environment of trust, clarity, and accountability that allows teams to engage honestly and productively.
- Identify client needs in real time and recommend additional trainings or solutions aligned with their goals and opportunities for growth.
- Debrief with law firm owners and leadership teams following each training to share observations, reinforce key takeaways, and recommend next steps.
- Learn, internalize, and become certified in Crisp training frameworks and curricula to ensure consistent, high-level delivery.
- Prepare thoroughly for each client engagement, including reviewing firm context, training objectives, materials, and logistics.
- Document key session insights, client feedback, and follow-up recommendations clearly and professionally for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain a high standard of excellence in every training engagement, ensuring each client experience reflects the quality of the Crisp brand.
- 4+ years of experience in learning and development, facilitation, corporate training, professional coaching, or a similar role with a strong track record of leading impactful, in-person sessions.
- Experience facilitating trainings, workshops, or presentations for full teams rather than only one-on-one coaching or instruction.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to confidently lead a room, command attention, and communicate with clarity and professionalism.
- Comfortable working with leadership teams and navigating group dynamics, strong personalities, and challenging conversations with composure and emotional intelligence.
- Fully committed to a travel-heavy role with the ability to travel nationwide multiple times per week, including back-to-back trips.
- Comfortable recommending and selling additional training engagements when opportunities are identified during client sessions.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prepare for and independently lead full-day client trainings.
- Strong written…
