Chief of Staff | Houston

As the Chief of Staff, you are the strategic force multiplier for our VP of Consulting. You will bridge the gap between high-level vision and operational execution, ensuring the VP’s priorities are met through rigorous project management, analytical insight, and seamless stakeholder alignment.

• Executive Partnership:
  Act as a strategic proxy, managing information flow and ensuring all communications and meetings are contextually aligned with the VP’s core objectives.
• Operational Rigor:
  Design and maintain corporate operating frameworks. You will track decisions, close feedback loops, and ensure global stakeholders remain synchronized.
• Strategy & Documentation:
  Synthesize complex data from cross-functional teams into high-stakes presentations and executive briefs that drive decision-making.
• Analytical Engine:
  Provide the "under the hood" technical depth and financial modeling required to monitor business performance in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

• The Strategic Operator:
  You possess a rare blend of technical depth and a business strategy mindset. You don't just identify problems; you build the frameworks to solve them.
• The Meticulous Executor:

• Education:
  
  Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Distribution (Class of 2025 or 2026).
• Experience:
  
  Prior professional experience is required; 2–3 years of experience within a SaaS setup is a significant added advantage.
• Skillset:
  Mastery of data analysis, operational workflows, and executive-level storytelling.
