Customer Success Advisor

Overview

Aon Affinity is seeking a Customer Success Advisor to impact the growth of our company and help redefine how companies take care of insurance online. The Client Service Advisor will focus on retaining, renewing, and growing existing accounts within our Cover Wallet Health Care program.

• Managing your own book of business
• Handling incoming tasks for your assigned business
• Renew and retain customers and accounts
• Account growth (additional policies)

• Service / call center experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Consistent track record of delivering on customer success and account growth goals
• Ability to balance multiple requests with close attention to detail
• Love of technology and learning new systems
• P&C license preferred. Will be required to acquire within three months of hire date.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience. Recent college grads will be considered

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $40,000 to $50,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on geographic location.
