Commerical LED Sales Director

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial LED Sales Director located in Houston, TX. The Sales Director will oversee and develop sales strategies, manage a high-performing sales team, and drive business development initiatives. Key responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and achieving or exceeding sales targets. The role will also require collaboration with internal teams to align sales operations with overall business goals.

• Proven 5 years expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
• Experience in Customer Service and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Demonstrated skill in Team Management and leadership, with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team to success
• Proficiency in Business Development, with an aptitude for identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
  Electrical knowledge is a plus
• Experience in the LED lighting or related industries is an advantage
• Proficiency in CRM software and the ability to analyze sales metrics
