Sales Analyst | Houston, TX (Sales Operations Support | Equipment Sales Administration | Caterpillar Systems & Reporting)

Mustang Cat is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Analyst to support our Power Systems Division. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate customer and equipment records, supporting internal reporting, and assisting with administrative processes that keep our sales organization running efficiently.

• Create and maintain customer accounts within internal systems and assist with registration and setup of Caterpillar applications
• Maintain alignment between Caterpillar systems and dealer records through accurate data management and reporting
• Perform high-volume data entry to support sales operations, including registering Customer Value Agreements (CVAs) and maintaining accurate system records
• Run and distribute standard reports to support internal performance tracking and Caterpillar metrics
• Support management of Cat Sales Excellence metrics, including OLGA, Connectivity/Condition Monitoring, and incremental STUs
• Process equipment orders and support inventory tracking and administrative management of equipment records
• Assist with invoicing and ensure accurate billing documentation is maintained
• Identify opportunities to improve internal administrative processes and implement operational efficiencies within the sales support function

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field strongly preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of industry-related or administrative support experience
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong customer service background with a collaborative mindset
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized
