As a Sr Scheduler
, you will play a key role in planning, managing, and optimizing crude and condensate supply‑chain activities that keep refinery and commercial operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage end-to-end crude oil and condensate scheduling activities.
  • Maintain daily and monthly supply/demand balances, lease forecasts, and system inventory levels.
  • Optimize crude supply portfolios by improving transportation efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Update, verify, and reconcile movement data in SAP and other systems.
  • Monitor supplier performance and support contract management activities.
  • Provide specialist advice, support continuous improvement, and develop internal/external relationships.
  • Provide backup scheduling support, including responding to operational needs outside standard hours.
What You’ll Bring – Required
  • 6 or more years of relevant experience in supply‑chain, scheduling, logistics, or planning
  • Experience supporting supply, trading, or logistical functions
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling or supply‑chain systems
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
What Makes You Stand Out – Preferred
  • Knowledge of crude oil logistics, including Canadian crude supply systems
  • Experience with SAP, Alteryx, Tableau, or advanced Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Ability to influence, build relationships, and collaborate across teams
  • Demonstrated initiative, innovative thinking, and continuous improvement mindset
  • Knowledge of downstream operations, supply chains, and commercial drivers
  • Experience with contract management, supplier analysis, or sourcing
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complexity
  • High attention to detail and accountability
Compensation Range

This position has a base salary range of $144,000 - $176,000.

Where a candidate offer falls within the posted range depends on the candidate's experience, skills, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
