Position Summary
Ensure compliant and efficient U.S. customs operations, managing air/ocean import-export clearance.
Key Responsibilities- Overseeing quotation and cost control
- Managing bonded inventory for OEM processes
- Maintain compliance standards
- Conduct FTZ compliance audits
- Classify products using HS codes
- Process equipment import/export clearance
- Manage material import/finished goods export clearance
- Monitor shipments and resolve exceptions
- Coordinate logistics: book air/ocean/truck transport
- Maintain bonded inventory records
- Manage customs/logistics quotes and costs
- Process payments to brokers/forwarders
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Business, or related field
- 1+ years customs experience in manufacturing, (Preferred) Knowledge of U.S. customs brokers

Work Environment- On-site role with fast-paced operations

- Working knowledge of U.S. Customs and FTZ regulations
- Experience with SAP/ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint proficiency
