Export Documentation & Trade Compliance Internship

Program Overview

This internship offers practical experience in international logistics, export documentation, and compliance. Interns will engage with real shipments, gain knowledge of INCOTERMS® 2020, and collaborate closely with trade professionals.

• Apply INCOTERMS® 2020 to export scenarios.
• Prepare export documents, including invoices, BOLs, COOs, and AES filings.
• Understand U.S. export controls such as EAR and ITAR.
• Utilize ERP or shipment tracking systems.
• Communicate effectively with brokers, forwarders, and clients.

• Support daily export shipment processes.
• Ensure document compliance and accuracy.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical shipping records.
• Track export clearance and filing statuses.
  
  Participate in compliance team audits and training sessions.

• Duration: 10–12 weeks

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated in International Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Coursework or certification in INCOTERMS/export compliance is a plus.
