  • Partner closely with Wealth Advisors to ensure smooth and effective handoffs
  • Collaborate with Marketing to refine campaigns, calls-to-action, and lead targeting strategies
  • Connect with individuals and institutions aligned with the firm’s private investment strategies
  • Share educational materials to nurture interest and move prospects toward commitment
  • Maintain a robust investor pipeline in the CRM, documenting all interactions
  • Coordinate discovery and closing conversations for the API team
  • Support webinars, investor briefings, and other events by driving attendance and following up with attendees
  • Assist in creating investor pitch decks and onboarding documentation in partnership with Marketing and Compliance
Collaboration, Process & Results
  • Track outreach activity, conversion rates, and pipeline performance on a weekly basis
  • Recommend enhancements to sourcing processes and outreach strategies
  • Ensure alignment and communication between marketing, business development, and investment teams
Qualifications & Experience
  • 3–7 years of experience in business development, outbound sales, investor relations, or lead generation

  • Knowledge of the RIA model and alternative/private investment offerings
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Hub Spot, or Smart Office preferred) and commitment to data discipline
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence in initiating conversations and handling objections
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and accountable to activity and conversion goals
  • Ability to travel for meetings, conferences, and events as needed
  • Familiarity with the EOS operating model is a plus
  • Strong team player able to collaborate across departments

Compensation is dependent on experience and includes:
