POSITION SUMMARY

The qualified candidate is responsible for leading and overseeing the comprehensive commercial Staffing Sales with a STRONG emphasis on developing new business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Engage with new clients in need of mid-level and light industrial roles for their organization by executing new business development calls via email, phone, and social media outreach identify, screen, build a quality bench and submit the most qualified candidates on a daily and project basis. Expectation is to bring in a minimum of two new clients per week.
  • Lead strategic sales of long term contract and contract to hire placement of qualified candidates.
Key Account Development
  • Identify and develop opportunities with market, regional, and national corporate clients
  • Negotiate terms for contingency and containment search projects with qualified clients in various verticals and practice areas.
  • Negotiate contract hiring and master service agreements with strategic commercial clients
  • Maintain relationships with C-suite decision makers
Market & Competitive Analysis
  • Monitor Staffing and RPO market trends at the market level
  • Conduct competitive and positioning analysis
  • Identify growth opportunities in specific sectors
REQUIRED PROFILEProfessional Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Commercial Staffing industry
  • Proven experience in corporate account management
Educational Background
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
  • MBA or specialization in sales/marketing (desirable)
  • Proficiency in CRM and commercial management systems
  • Knowledge of US labor regulations
  • Knowledge of commercial and legal contracts
