KPMG is currently seeking a Client Relationship Executive to join our Business Development organization.

Responsibilities:

* Build and convert net-new pipeline, moving opportunities from discovery to close while accelerating deal velocity

* Lead executive level value conversations with CxOs and VPs to uncover business pain, quantify ROI, and map needs to KPMG's services while deepening senior relationships

* Orchestrate multi stakeholder pursuits with KPMG Partners, Engagement Managers, and SMEs to drive consensus and advance complex deals

* Create, qualify, and shape opportunities; own the sales process end to end and develop differentiated proposals that highlight KPMG's value proposition, key differentiators, and win themes

* Own bookings across assigned accounts; forecast with precision and report progress against quarterly goals to national and industry leadership

* Leverage existing executive relationships to expand revenue through upsell, cross sell, and multi service growth

* Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

* Minimum ten years of recent business development, sales, and client/account management experience in professional services; minimum five years of recent experience in industrial or energy sector

* Bachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited college/university preferred; or minimum of a high school diploma or GED required plus fifteen years of previous experience in enterprise level sales within the industrial or energy sectors

* Ability to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of trust, confidence, and delivering business results; existing executive relationships

* Experience developing and leading relationship-building activities with C
- Level, Vice President, and Director level executives with demonstrated success in identifying, initiating, and nurturing new business opportunities

* Proven success in identifying, initiating, and nurturing new or ongoing business opportunities

* Ability to travel regularly as needed
