Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, Hybrid position for a Federal Capture Manager based in Houston, TX. The Federal Capture Manager will lead efforts to identify, qualify, and capture federal contract opportunities aligned with the company’s core services. Key responsibilities include managing the complete capture process, building relationships with federal agencies, analyzing market trends, preparing competitive proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to meet proposal requirements.
The role requires a proactive and strategic mindset to ensure successful contract acquisition and growth in government projects.
- Proven experience in business development, government contracting, and capture management.
- Strong research, analytical, and strategic planning skills for identifying and qualifying federal opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with federal agencies and partners.
- Solid understanding of proposal writing and preparation processes.
- Knowledge of federal contracting regulations, compliance, and market trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in federal acquisition are a plus.
- Maintaining self accountability while handling multiple projects at a time is a must.
