* + Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.

+ 5-7 years' experience in similar role

** Technical

Skills:

* + Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MRP/CMMS).

+ Strong MS Office (Excel, Access), SQL, data visualization/reporting tools.

+ Analytical & Process Orientation

+ Solid analytical mindset for root-cause analysis, forecasting, and KPI tracking.

+ Familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, JIT methodologies for continuous improvement.

* Core Competencies:

* + Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions and with suppliers.

+ High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
