To execute procurement activities in support of drilling operations by processing purchase orders, obtaining competitive quotes, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

• Process purchase requisitions and generate purchase orders in accordance with company approval matrix.
• Obtain competitive quotes from approved vendors.
• Expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery to rigs and field locations.
• Communicate delivery updates to operations and maintenance teams.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies in coordination with Accounting.
• Assist in sourcing new vendors and maintaining approved vendor lists.
• Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and internal controls.
• Escalate vendor performance or budget concerns to Supply Chain Manager as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate procurement records within ERP system.

• High School Diploma required;
  Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years purchasing experience (oil & gas preferred).
• Basic knowledge of drilling equipment and rig operations.
• ERP system experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

• Knowledge of vendors and manufacturers supplying goods and services to the drilling industry.
• Ability to communicate effectively with field operations, maintenance, and accounting.
• Ability to work occasional after-hours coordination for time-sensitive rig needs.
• Maintains security and confidentiality of company information.
• Travel as needed to company yards, rig locations, or subsidiaries.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
