Alpha Bravo Construction is seeking a high-impact, senior sales leader to drive our next phase of growth.
About Alpha Bravo ConstructionAlpha Bravo Construction is a Texas-based general contractor generating $50M+ in annual revenue with a strategic plan to scale to a $75M–$100M annual backlog. We deliver complex, high-end commercial projects across hospitality, QSR, retail/fuel centers, education, and tenant improvements, and are aggressively expanding into industrial (cold storage & logistics) and mission-critical IT infrastructure (data centers).
Our growth is powered by disciplined preconstruction, operational excellence, and long-term client relationships. We are at a pivotal inflection point and seeking a Director of Sales to build and lead a scalable revenue engine.
The OpportunityThis is a senior leadership role reporting directly to executive ownership. The Director of Sales will own company-wide revenue growth, define and execute go-to-market strategy, close strategic marquee projects, and expand Alpha Bravo into new verticals and markets.
This role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on deal execution and requires close collaboration with estimating, preconstruction, and operations to align growth with delivery capacity and margin objectives.
Key Objectives- Drive $20M–$30M+ in awarded contracts annually
- Maintain a qualified pipeline of $30M–$50M+
- Establish Alpha Bravo as a preferred GC in industrial and data center construction
- Implement disciplined CRM, forecasting, and bid governance systems
- Build and lead a high-performance sales organization
- Develop and execute company-wide growth strategy
- Establish revenue targets, KPIs, and forecasting discipline
- Build scalable sales infrastructure
- Personally lead pursuit and closing of $5M–$25M+ projects
- Build executive-level relationships with developers, franchise groups, industrial owners, hyperscalers, and public agencies
- Collaborate on pricing, contracts, and negotiation strategy
- Develop referral networks with architects, engineers, brokers, lenders, and municipal stakeholders
- Pre‑position the company ahead of RFP/RFQ releases
- Represent Alpha Bravo at industry events and strategic meetings
- Ensure proposals meet win‑rate and margin targets
Align closely with estimating and operations teams - Own CRM discipline, pipeline accuracy, and executive reporting
- Recruit, coach, and manage Business Development Executives
- Drive accountability and performance culture
- 10+ years in construction sales, business development, or AEC leadership
- Demonstrated success closing $3M–$25M+ commercial or industrial projects
- Experience building or leading sales teams preferred
- Strong knowledge of public and private procurement processes
- Industrial, logistics, cold storage, or data center experience highly desirable
- Executive presence with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven and comfortable owning forecasts and performance metrics
- Entrepreneurial and performance-oriented mindset
- Base Salary:
Up to $150,000 (commensurate with experience) - Commission: ~2% of total contract value (uncapped)

- Milestone Bonuses:
- $10,000 at $10M awarded
- $25,000 at $25M awarded
- Accelerators beyond thresholds
On‑Target Earnings: $250,000–$350,000+, with significant upside for top performers.
