We are seeking a Junior to Mid-Level M&A Integration PMO Support Consultant to provide tactical, execution-focused support to the senior M&A Integration Lead.
This role is designed for a strong project management “doer” who thrives in structured environments and can manage execution details, workflow tracking, reporting, and administrative PM responsibilities. The consultant will serve as the operational backbone of the integration effort, ensuring organization, follow-through, and delivery discipline across due diligence and integration planning activities.
This individual will work under the mentorship and direction of the senior Integration Consultant while providing critical coverage and execution support.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update the Due Diligence Request List (DRL)
- Track submissions, deadlines, risks, and dependencies across functional teams
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely responses
- Prepare weekly dashboards, trackers, and status reports
- Capture detailed meeting notes and document action items
- Escalate blockers to senior leadership as appropriate
- Support governance cadence, meeting scheduling, and documentation
- Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
- Track synergy initiatives and milestone progress
- Manage action logs and ensure follow-ups are completed
- Prepare executive-ready reporting materials
- Provide backup coverage for program coordination activities
- Assist with documentation of current-state processes and organizational structures
- Draft RACI matrices and support documentation development
- Consolidate workshop outputs into structured deliverables
- Track development of Day 1, 30/60/100-Day plans
- Maintain and update the Integrated Master Plan
- Own workflow tracking across all integration work streams
- Ensure documentation repositories are organized and current
- Manage version control and distribution of materials
- Coordinate cross-functional communications
- Provide structured follow-up to ensure execution discipline
We are specifically seeking someone who:
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented
- Operates as a tactical executor rather than a strategic architect
- Can manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously
- Is comfortable driving follow-ups and holding teams accountable
- Provides stability, structure, and operational rigor to complex programs
- 5–10 years of project management, PMO, or integration support experience
- Strong experience with workflow tracking, reporting, and coordination
- Experience supporting large cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent documentation and meeting facilitation skills
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools
- PMP Certification (preferred but not required)
- Exposure to M&A due diligence or post-merger integration environments
- Experience working within an Integration Management Office (IMO)
- Oil & Gas industry exposure is a plus
