Regulatory Compliance Specialist
This Opportunity
Operational contract support role responsible for increasing subcontracting throughput, strengthening documentation governance, and supporting Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementation. This position replaces higher-cost attorney capacity with structured, process-driven execution support.
Job DescriptionAs a Contract Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing the entire subcontracting process, ensuring efficient execution and compliance across all contracts.
Your Impact- Draft review and minister subcontracts agreements and amendments
- Support Commercial Subcontracts Advisory function
- Manage contract documentation within the CLM system
- Ensure audit-ready documentation and version control
- Monitor contract execution timelines and reduce cycle times
- Support insurance and compliance documentation tracking
- Assist with POWER integration and increased subcontract volume
- Support task order simplification and template standardization
- Partner with Legal on escalating risk matters
- 5+ years of paralegal experience in contracts, preferably engineering/construction
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle process
- Experience with CLM platforms (required)
- Strong document governance discipline
- Ability to manage high-volume workflows
- Detail-oriented with strong process mindset

CompensationExpected Salary (all locations): $74,200 - $129,800
Expected Salary (Colorado only): $74,200 - $121,770
