Paralegal – Commercial Subcontracts

This Opportunity

Operational contract support role responsible for increasing subcontracting throughput, strengthening documentation governance, and supporting Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementation. This position replaces higher-cost attorney capacity with structured, process-driven execution support.

As a Contract Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing the entire subcontracting process, ensuring efficient execution and compliance across all contracts.

• Draft review and minister subcontracts agreements and amendments
• Support Commercial Subcontracts Advisory function
• Manage contract documentation within the CLM system
• Ensure audit-ready documentation and version control
• Monitor contract execution timelines and reduce cycle times
• Support insurance and compliance documentation tracking
• Assist with POWER integration and increased subcontract volume
• Support task order simplification and template standardization
• Partner with Legal on escalating risk matters

• 5+ years of paralegal experience in contracts, preferably engineering/construction
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle process
• Experience with CLM platforms (required)
• Strong document governance discipline
• Ability to manage high-volume workflows
• Detail-oriented with strong process mindset

Expected Salary (all locations): $74,200 - $129,800

Expected Salary (Colorado only): $74,200 - $121,770
