* Position Overview:**
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Vice President of Business Development to lead growth initiatives, forge high-value partnerships, and drive revenue expansion. This executive will play a key role in shaping business strategy, identifying market opportunities, and executing plans that drive sustainable growth.

* Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with company goals.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry leaders, and potential clients.
- Drive sales and revenue growth through innovative go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and product development, to ensure alignment on growth initiatives.
- Oversee contract negotiations, proposals, and deal structuring to maximize profitability.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to the business development team.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and optimize business development efforts.

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or corporate strategy, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and securing high‑value partnerships.
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Exceptional leadership and team‑building capabilities.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and develop data‑driven solutions.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience leading and scaling business development functions in fast‑paced environments.

* Compensation:**
The typical base pay range for this role is $170,000 - $200,000. In addition to a competitive base salary, this role is also eligible for bonus. This range reflects our good faith effort to pay fairly based on our job evaluation of this role and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate’s relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and other job-related factors
