• Competitive Pay: $24 - $25/hour+ credit for experience
• Schedule: Full-time | Tuesday - Saturday | 9:00am - 5:00pm | Sunday on-call availability to support communities

• Lead the marketing and census management efforts to ensure full occupancy and community engagement
• Conduct tours, maintain referral relationships, track leads, and support prospective residents throughout the move-in process
• Ensure all marketing and admissions activities align with community standards and regulatory requirements
• Support residents with resources and services to help them maintain independence
• Manage administrative support tasks, maintain accurate documentation, and prepare all outreach marketing materials
• Host events in the community, showcasing all that the community has to offer

• At least 2 years of experience in senior living, memory care preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid Driver's license
• Must be 21 years of age
