Job Description
We are looking for a Part-Time Payroll Specialist to add to our team to work on our 1099 payroll reconciliation from week to week.

- 10-20 hours per week
- Flexible schedule Weds-Friday after training (but must be available
- 1099 Contractor Payroll
- Must have at least 1 year previous experience with contractor 1099 Payroll with references
PAY WILL BE NEGOTIATED DURING INTERVIEW BASED ON EXPERIENCE
What You’ll Do:- Manage 1099 Contractor Payroll from week-to-week and reconciliate Payroll
- Process Payroll, and update Payroll AP in Payroll and reconciliate with Bookkeeper
- Month-End Must be in office
- Produce Financial Reports for review with upper management
- Process any changes to payroll as needed
- Needs to be able to work independently but collaboratively
- Must be highly proficient in Excel and Macbook
Skills:
- Modern Mac + webcam
- Highspeed internet, professional quite workspace
- Daily use of Microsoft 365 (especially Microsoft Excel)
- Must be Highly verse in Microsoft Excel
- 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or payroll
- Relentless attention to detail and deadlines from week-to week basis
- Clear Concise communicator (email, phone, text, etc.)
- Interview
- Meet with leadership, discuss culture and technical depth - During the training period, until you learn the payroll process, it will be an in-office position Wed-Fri Part-Time 11AM-6PM CST
- Once you are comfortable with payroll process after about a Month or Two, the position can be transition to fully remote, except once a month you will be required to come in-to the office for MONTH END reconciliation.
