We’re looking for a Senior Communications Specialist, someone who’s ready to be part of a growing team with amazing opportunities. In this position, you will serve as writer, editor and content creator for internal and external print and digital communications.

Job Duties & Responsibilities- Serve as contributor for newsletters and internal communications; manage content, timelines and distribution of assigned communications vehicles.
- Research, write and edit stories, blog posts, global emails, talking points, scripts and other communications as needed for internal and external distribution via print, digital and social channels.
- Guide, coordinate and work with designers, photographers, videographers and other creative specialists to produce print and digital deliverables
- Take ownership of production schedule for assigned deliverables/projects. Ensure contributions are on schedule, deadlines are met and budgets for assigned deliverables/projects are maintained.
- Identify opportunities to repurpose content and extend life and relevance of existing material.
- Contribute to writing or editing executive communications, under direction of director, including blog posts, letters, emails, scripts/speeches, presentations and other communications as needed for the CEO and clinical and administrative leaders throughout the organization.
- Attend executive events, coordinate details related to the proper display and execution of speeches, presentations, videos
and power point presentations.
- 3 years of experience Related experience in news media, corporate communications or publishing required
- The successful candidate will possess: strong oral communication skills and exceptional writing talent; the ability to organize complex information into logical and readable communications; strong vocabulary; excellent grasp of grammar and AP writing style and Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project); basic skills and knowledge of video capture and editing; well-developed organization skills and ability to meet simultaneous deadlines;
a collaborative style; and an interest in joining a fast‑paced, growing communications group.
