Purpose

As a Buyer at NDT Global, you will be part of an international procurement team, taking on both operational and strategic responsibilities. You will help explore innovative, forward‑thinking approaches in purchasing.

• Manage the end‑to‑end procurement process for mechanical and electronic parts, consumables, and services required for complex pipeline inspections.
• Maintain strong relationships within the existing supplier network while actively identifying, selecting, and qualifying new suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure procurement solutions align with operational needs and expectations.
• Proactively manage procurement activities to meet project targets for cost, schedule, and quality.
• Monitor supplier performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and standards.

• Completed technical or commercial training and/or holds a university degree.
• Extensive professional experience in procurement.
• Ability to read technical drawings; knowledge of materials technology is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Fluent in English with strong negotiation and communication skills.
