Spectrum by Watchfire is seeking a proven sales leader to take ownership of one of our most important and dynamic markets—Texas. This is a high-impact leadership role based at our Houston scoreboard manufacturing facility near Hobby Airport, offering the opportunity to lead, grow, and shape a best‑in‑class sales organization in an industry that brings communities together through sport. As Regional Sales Manager, you will lead both Outside and Inside Sales teams, setting strategy, developing talent, and driving results across the state.
You’ll be hands‑on in recruiting top sales professionals, coaching, and mentoring your team, leading sales meetings, and partnering directly on complex, high‑value opportunities. The Texas Regional Sales Manager is a key member of the Spectrum by Watchfire management team, with the autonomy to make an impact and the support of an industry‑leading organization. To Success
- The ability to manage a diverse group of sales professionals.

- Construction industry experience (i.e., RFP’s, Plans, Specs, Architects, General Contractors, Submittals)
- An understanding of selling into the public sector.
- Successful background in sales.
- Run and maintain monthly Bookings and Sales Reports, including exporting, cleaning, organizing, and sorting data.
- Research and reconcile monthly reports.
- Consolidate and validate data into monthly and quarterly reporting packages.
- Verify Monthly and Quarterly Commission Reports for Outside sales, Inside sales, and New Construction sales.
- Maintain standard installation costing spreadsheets, including formula adjustments.
- Monitor backlog reports and coordinate with Accounting / Order Entry to maintain.
- Track and report on New Construction sales; ensure accurate data flow into commission reports and leadership summaries.
- Oversee scheduling, setup needs, payments, sponsor ships, and logistics for regional/state trade shows.
- Ensure all trade show booths are properly staffed and supported.
- Review, adjust, and approve hourly timecards for multiple employees.
- Approve vacation and PTO requests.
- Coordinate with HR on employee relations, attendance, and performance issues.
- Partner with leadership and employees to address and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sign and process New Construction documentation such as Releases of Lien and Pay Applications.
- Communicate regularly with Marketing to coordinate promotional items, trade show products, and various marketing collateral.
- Coordinate with HR, Order Entry, Accounting, and Executive Leadership on cross departmental tasks.
- Work directly with project management on special projects, installation costing, and large video projects.
- Prepare and present content for company‑wide meetings, leadership updates, and internal meetings.
- Deliver 5–10 minute speaking presentations at key industry events.
- Participate in recurring weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales meetings.
- Receive, scan, and submit Brand Ambassador expenses and documentation.
