Financial Software Solutions (FSS) is a proven leader in legal and banking technology, delivering innovative software platforms like Truste Solutions, CORE, and Blue Stylus. We’re on a growth trajectory — and we’re seeking a strategic, results‑oriented Sales Director to lead our U.S. sales organization.

What You’ll Do
  • Set the vision, strategy, and execution plan for sales growth.
  • Lead, coach, and scale a high‑performing sales team.
  • Drive revenue targets through pipeline management and effective forecasting.
  • Build and manage key strategic client relationships and negotiations.
  • Partner with marketing on demand generation and go‑to‑market initiatives.
  • Represent FSS at major industry conferences and events.
  • Build FSS pipeline through phone calls, networking, and attending conferences and events.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
  • Track record in SaaS B2B sales, ideally in legal or banking tech.
  • Experience managing sales teams and influencing C‑level executives.
  • Proven expertise in sales strategy, pipeline management, and closing enterprise deals.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Drive and determination.
