  • Coordinate with TPAs to ensure compliance with service agreements, financial reserve accuracy, and settlement authority procedures.
  • Collaborate with outside counsel on litigation strategy, including document preservation, discovery coordination, deposition scheduling, and trial preparation.
  • Lead strategic audits and litigation file reviews to evaluate efficiency, cost management, and legal outcomes.
  • Aggregate and analyze claims metrics, actuarial forecasts, reserve data, and quarterly risk performance reports.
  • Create workflows to ensure proper and timely incident reporting from field representatives and integration with external claim platforms.
  • Collaborate with finance and business units to validate loss reserves and ensure appropriate accrual reporting.
  • Partner with executive and operational leadership to design mitigation strategies, cost reduction initiatives, and benchmark tools.
  • Prepare litigation dashboards and executive presentations synthesizing liability trends, claim valuation, and external performance metrics.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Education and Experience:

  • Associate’s degree required.
  • Three to Five years in a corporate legal environment or insurance claims setting, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.

Skills:
