• PE transactions, acquisitions, dispositions, and minority investments
• Joint ventures and complex structuring
• Drafting and negotiating core transactional documents
• Managing deals from LOI to closing
• Cross‑office collaboration on national matters

• 2–4 years corporate transactional experience
• Hands‑on PE deal exposure and drafting experience
• JD with strong academic credentials
• Texas Bar (or ability to waive in)

• Minority investments or JV structuring
• Experience from Big Law or strong regional competitor
• Ties to Houston or interest in relocating
