** IAT is a key division of PSS Industrial Group, providing mission-critical equipment, tools, and certified repair services to the energy and industrial sectors.
We serve customers across three core verticals:
* ** Upstream – Producing Wells & Drilling Rigs:
** Supporting drilling and production operations across all rig types with lifting systems, tools, and certified repair services.
* ** Downstream – Refineries, Processing & Petrochemical Facilities:
** Providing industrial tools, lifting systems, and certified repair services for maintenance, turnarounds, and construction.
* ** Industrial & General Manufacturing:
** Supplying manufacturing, fabrication, and OEM production facilities with standardized tools, rentals, and repair programs.
** Market Expansion (2026):
** Civil infrastructure, municipalities, shipyards, and heavy industrial sectors.
As an
** Outside Sales Representative**, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships within your assigned territory. You’ll promote and sell IAT’s product lines to industrial, commercial, and government clients, identifying new opportunities while expanding existing accounts. This role requires regular travel, independent judgment, and strong collaboration with internal teams to ensure both customer satisfaction and business growth.
** What You’ll Do
*** Develop and grow a book of business through proactive sales visits
* Attend trade shows and local networking events to expand visibility
* Identify, qualify, and pursue new customer opportunities
* Provide fast, solution-oriented customer support
* Collaborate with clients to understand needs and offer tailored solutions
* Coordinate with marketing and operations to ensure delivery excellence
* Maintain detailed CRM records and activity reports
* Monitor individual sales performance and forecast future growth
** What You Bring
*** Valid driver’s license and ability to meet DOT requirements
* No active non-compete
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales role
* Previous experience selling into
** industrial, oil & gas**, or
** downstream/upstream
** markets* Self-starter with strong presentation and negotiation skills
* Track record of exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships
* Comfort using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* Willingness to travel and be accessible to clients after hours
