What You’ll DoThis role owns the full product lifecycle, blending strategy, execution, and customer engagement.
- Lead full lifecycle product management for analytical instruments used in oil & gas applications, from roadmap through launch and sustainment.
- Develop product strategies informed by voice‑of‑customer input, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Partner directly with customers to understand applications, challenges, and unmet needs—bringing those insights back into product decisions.
- Drive new product development initiatives while also improving and sustaining existing products.
- Build and maintain product roadmaps that balance innovation, customer demand, and business priorities.
- Support market development efforts through pricing strategy, positioning, and value messaging.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, product development, sales, and leadership to align execution with strategy.
- Analyze market data and performance metrics to guide product decisions and continuous improvement.

Preferred Experience & Attributes- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 3 years of Product Management experience with laboratory instruments.
- Experience managing products through full lifecycle and new product development.
- Background in oil & gas applications preferred, though flexibility exists.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Customer‑facing experience with the ability to translate technical needs into product strategy.
- A grounded, driven professional interested in long‑term growth and expanded responsibility.
