As an Account Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our client relationships, helping them navigate their needs and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and making a real impact.
How you ll make an impact- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
- Be the go-to person for day-to-day account management, helping clients with their risk and capital management needs.
- Secure existing business and identify opportunities to offer additional services by building trust and understanding clients goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and provide support to other team members when needed.
Required
:
- Bachelor s degree and 3 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience
OR
- High School degree with 8 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience.
- License required.
- Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to quickly determine critical issues.
- A natural relationship builder who enjoys working with people and solving problems
- Organized, proactive and thrive in a collaborative environment
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Have a knack for understanding client needs
