Responsibilities
- Generate new business within a designated territory.
- Analyze, plan, and implement products and services tailored to client needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, services, and broker practices.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Manage renewal proposals and processes for existing clients.
- Prepare executive summaries for client presentations.
- Schedule ongoing client meetings to address questions and concerns during implementation.
- Collect data to provide guidance on products, services, marketing, sales, and other business areas.
- Develop lead generation strategies and utilize CRM (Salesforce) to track activities.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of all services for assigned clients.
- Attend monthly consulting meetings and provide training and coaching for staff.
$70,000 - $80,000 a year
