Price Easy AI is a rapidly scaling Series B SaaS company building the next phase of our revenue engine. We’re hiring a Vice President of Sales to expand our GTM organization, strengthen repeatable processes, and accelerate ARR growth.

Location & Work Arrangement

100% onsite in Houston, reflecting the high‑collaboration, high‑velocity operating rhythm of our growth stage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scale the sales organization: expand AE/SDR teams, implement role specialization, and build frontline leadership
  • Drive predictable ARR growth through disciplined pipeline management and forecasting rigor
  • Optimize GTM processes: refine playbooks, strengthen qualification frameworks, and improve sales velocity
  • Lead enterprise and mid‑market expansion with a focus on multi‑stakeholder SaaS deals
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product, and CS to align GTM motions
  • Implement data‑driven operating rhythms including weekly pipeline reviews and quarterly planning
  • Develop compensation plans and performance frameworks that scale with ARR targets
Requirements
  • 10–15+ years of SaaS sales experience, including leadership roles in startup/growth‑mode SaaS
  • Proven success scaling from Series A/B to $25M–$75M+ ARR
  • Strong command of SaaS economics including CAC payback, win rates, and sales efficiency
  • Operational rigor with a track record of building predictable, metrics‑driven revenue engines
  • Hands‑on leadership style — comfortable leading strategic deals while coaching teams
  • Experience implementing or optimizing CRM and sales tooling to support scale
  • Ability to work 100% onsite in Houston — required for collaboration and team leadership
