Schedule:

Standard 8 AM — 5 PM

The Sourcing Specialist will manage the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring timely execution of Purchase Orders (POs), supplier management, and communication across internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Place and follow up on POs; manage supplier relationships for PO execution.
• Manage issues, schedule changes, and ERP updates.
• Propose process improvements in sourcing and procurement operations.
• Handle communication between internal teams and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate as part of a global sourcing team to achieve goals within 1–3 months.
• Ensure accurate and timely invoice clearance and payment processing.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 5+ years in sourcing or procurement operations.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree (or high school diploma/GED with 4+ years in sourcing).
• Software:
  Experience with Oracle Pascal and Oracle Oscar preferred.
• Supplier management and high-volume PO processing.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Industry Background:
  Experience in industrial or energy technology preferred.

• Onsite (office-based) role.
• No travel or driving requirements.
• Collaborates with a team of 14 buyers across global locations (e.g., Brazil, Colombia).
