Overview

As a Senior Business Analyst
, you will leverage your strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills to tackle complex business challenges. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deliver strategies that drive measurable impact to the business. This role requires strong communication skills, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.

$50.00/hr - $53.00/hr

Duration: 06+ Months (Possible extensions)

• Strategic Leadership: Develop business strategies that support growth, profitability, and competitive advantage in a changing regulatory and consumer landscape.
• Execution & Delivery: Manage and sequence the delivery of business intent by building business requirements, ensuring alignment with product strategy, and overseeing concurrent projects and programs.
• Analytical Problem-Solving: Use data analysis and modeling to understand drivers of business performance, develop hypotheses, and test solutions to optimize outcomes.
• Risk & Data Management: Partner with teams across to improve data availability and utilization for risk management.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders, technical teams, and business partners to drive alignment, influence decisions, and deliver value.
• Communication: Present insights and recommendations to executives through clear, structured, and persuasive communication.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in data analysis, business analysis, or strategy development
  .
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Master’s Degree in Business or a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Math, Statistics, Engineering).
• Experience in consulting or working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
