WhatYou’ll Do
- Lead market research initiatives to deliver actionable insights that support strategic trading decisions.
- Develop and maintain models to analyze market trends, supply and demand dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Partner with trading and commercial teams to synthesize complex data, validate supporting materials, and deliver impactful reports.
- Manage essential data systems, uphold quality standards, and recommend improvements to enhance reporting and analysis.
- Collect and analyze customer and market data to identify opportunities, optimize marketing actions, and support decision‑making.
- Collaborate across teams to support strategy development and share best practices.
- Lead ad hoc projects, perform economic and logistical analyses, and engage with external consultants to refine market views.
- Communicate findings effectively to diverse audiences and build consensus within and beyond the commercial organization.
- Foster strong relationships, contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation, and continuously build your expertise.
- Stay current with industry trends and help drive continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.

- Must be willing and able, with or without reasonable accommodations, to comply with the following:
- Travel up to 5%.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- 3 or more years of experience in the Energy industry or commodity trading.
- Proficiency in economic analysis, data management, modeling and/or investment appraisal skills.
- Proficiency with MS Outlook Suite (Outlook Email, Word, and Excel programs).
- 5 or more years of commercial supply and trading experience.
- Technical background would be beneficial.
- Working programming knowledge of Python, SQL, Power
BI. - Working knowledge of statistical modeling software, SQL or other database software, and economic model development.
- $144,000 - $176,000
- Annual Variable Cash Incentive Program (VCIP) bonus
