We’re looking for a strategic, driven, and globally minded Head of Global Programs to lead a high-performing team across the US, Europe, and Asia Pacific. This is a pivotal role at the heart of our global business – one that blends leadership, innovation, and commercial acumen to deliver value for our partners and drive long-term growth.

• You ll lead a global team across Partner and Account Management, Solutions Delivery, and Account Administration
• You ll take ownership of topline performance, driving revenue growth and exceeding profitability targets
• You ll build and nurture relationships with partners at all levels, leading contract negotiations and renewals
• You ll coordinate partner-specific programs of work, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery
• You ll support business development and the onboarding of new global accounts
• You ll spearhead initiatives that unlock revenue, enhance customer value, and boost operational efficiency
• You ll collaborate with underwriting and actuarial teams to ensure the financial health of our Global Programs portfolio
• You ll champion innovation across product, service, and technology to elevate our partner proposition
• You ll shape and execute strategic priorities alongside the Head of Global Business
• You ll guide major projects from setup through to resolution, making critical decisions along the way
• You ll collaborate across the business to identify opportunities and drive partner success

• You ll have 10+ years of experience in business ownership, account management, and/or client solutions/delivery—ideally a blend of all three
• You ll demonstrate strong leadership with a track record of managing cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams
• You ll be highly organized, with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset
• You ll have an entrepreneurial spirit, strong initiative, and a relentless focus on results
• You ll possess outstanding interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• You ll be confident navigating a matrixed, multinational environment
• You ll be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project; experience with Photoshop or other graphics tools is a plus
• You ll be tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital platforms and tools
• You ll ideally have a diploma or degree in a relevant field
• Any additional language skills would be a bonus, but aren’t essential
