JOB DESCRIPTIONReporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Regional Sales Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving the overall division’s sales strategy by leading the sales team and delivering revenue growth. This role requires a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of building and managing high-performance sales organizations. The Regional Sales Manager will collaborate closely with the executive team to set and achieve ambitious sales targets and ensure alignment with the company’s broader goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Strategy Development & Execution- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion into new verticals or geographies.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust strategies as needed.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, including setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and fostering a culture of accountability.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of sales staff.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
- Drive the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals across all channels.
- Establish metrics for tracking sales performance and ensure consistent reporting to the executive team.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, key accounts, and high-potential opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and satisfaction by aligning sales efforts with customer needs.
- Act as a senior point of contact for major clients and manage escalations when necessary.
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development, operations) to ensure alignment and execution of sales initiatives.
- Participate in executive-level discussions and contribute to the overall business strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute demand generation programs that support the sales strategy.
- Manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for the executive team and board of directors.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
