Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you’ll work at the intersection of law and business—advising on high-impact initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities compliance, and complex commercial transactions. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams—Finance, Operations, HR, and more—to provide practical, business-focused legal solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. **** Corporate Securities
*** Provide legal counsel on fundraising and capital market transactions, including public    and private offerings and debt financings.
* Draft and review securities-related documents.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate successful transactions.
** Mergers and Acquisitions
*** Provide legal advice and support in connection with mergers and acquisitions.
* Review, draft and negotiate core transaction documents including purchase    agreements, transition services arrangements and ancillary documents.
* Handle due diligence on complex transactions.
* Ensure all appropriate internal stakeholders and functional partners are engaged in reviewing and mitigating transaction risks.
