Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Foster, build, and maintain relationships with municipalities and developers, regularly meeting and traveling to maintain strong, collaborative partnerships.
* Manage and process new home starts for assigned markets, ensuring all required steps are completed efficiently.
* Strategically evaluate the processing of new home starts to achieve company goals and establish an even flow of releases.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and achieve shared goals.
* Efficiently manage time to ensure deadlines are met and homes are on schedule.
* Identify issues and find effective solutions to maintain progress of new home starts.
* Review and maintain NHS tools, such as the Community Matrix, How-To guides, and Site Planner Matrix, to reflect up-to-date community requirements.
* Communicate effectively with Division Presidents, Sales Professionals, Construction personnel, and other departments.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
