Business Integration Analyst/Business Analyst Downtown Houston, TX Contract Work Mode:

• Initial 1–2 months:
  Primarily onsite
• Long term:
  Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

Following the completion of the ERP go-live, the focus is now on B2B integrations and business process enablement
. The ideal candidate will have strong experience bridging business requirements with IT solutions, particularly across B2B systems and integrations.

The individual must be able to perform the following duties with or without reasonable accommodation:

• Analyze business partner operations to identify strengths, weaknesses, and automation opportunities
• Assist with business process redesign and documentation to support new technologies
• Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications for IT teams
• Manage changes to functional specifications throughout the project lifecycle
• Meet scheduled milestones to ensure timely delivery of project and program objectives
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to meet client vehicle policy requirements
• Willingness to travel as required

Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge and abilities will be considered.

• Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
• Strong understanding of technology trends to enhance enterprise competitiveness
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to learn and adapt to client;s–specific software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Demonstrated ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and group settings
