Regulatory Compliance Analyst – This role supports upstream and downstream operations in Texas, ensuring compliance with the Texas Railroad Commission (RRC) and other agencies. The analyst will support permitting strategies, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and take ownership of the permitting process. The position reports to the Land and Regulatory Manager and is located in downtown Houston, Texas.

• Prepare, submit, and track all regulatory and permitting activities associated with drilling and operations of wells, including BLM APDs, GAU, W-2/G-1, P-12, P-16, P-4, flaring exceptions (SWR
  32), sundry notices, commingling applications (P-17), etc.
• Manage deadlines and coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure alignment with applicable federal, state, and local permitting standards, and obtain timely approvals.
• Monitor regulatory changes that_T_PAR_ impact promising permitting requirements.
• Manage Drilling H-ucksack) prior to spudding and production sample analysis program, including scheduling sampling, completing H-9s, and tracking when new analysis is needed.
• Track flaring and venting, and file for appropriate ofrecen metastasis as needed with RRC in preparation for necessary hearings.
• Track new production, completions, and new facilities for regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate the filing of Critical Infrastructure Designation, Weather Emergency Readiness Att finne, and Emergency Operations Plan with the RRC to ensure compliance (SWR
  65/66).
• Anticipate the regulatory needs of the company and effectively communicate requirements and expectations.
• Prepare reports for management and provide timely and accurate updates in operations meeting.

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in regulatory permitting, assessment, consulting, compliance, and remediation practices within the oil and gas industry.

• Excellent communication and project ilk management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated team player able to efficiently, effectively, and timely progress projects.
