Vendor will support with Project Coordination tasks, including the following:
- Work with the various Company teams, external customers, and Company Leadership to identify and track project status updates.
- Provide documentation for status updates.
- Develop reports to communicate updates to necessary Company teams and stakeholders.
- Coordinate across teams to schedule necessary project Deliverables.
- Coordinate documentation of processes
- Provide financial reporting support to Company's operations and engineering teams.
- Develop and maintain real-time reporting and dashboard tools to provide monthly and quarterly reports in SAP and Power BI.
- Manage and maintain warehouse inventory data.
- Provide support for month-end financial close activities.
- Manage active work orders and review work order settlements.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of project coordination experience
- Basic understanding of CAD

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Background in utilities industry
