Business / Financial Analyst – Power & Renewables

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business and Financial Analyst to join our team supporting the financial and operational performance of thermal and renewable energy assets. This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field who are eager to launch a career in the energy sector.

You’ll gain hands‑on experience in asset performance monitoring, financial modeling, and stakeholder communication while working alongside experienced professionals.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) for energy assets.
  • Support the development of annual budgets and business plans.
  • Help maintain compliance with project contracts and reporting obligations.
  • Contribute to the preparation of financial and operational reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain Excel-based models for budgeting, invoicing, and performance tracking.
  • Participate in meetings with project owners, lenders, and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support asset management strategies.
  • Organize project documentation and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Learn to identify and communicate performance trends and improvement opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required).
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
